To worship is to give meaningful shape to the expression of our common faith in God and his Son Jesus Christ. Throughout the church year, St. Andrew's provides many opportunities for worshiping in a variety of styles. Weekly services celebrating the Holy Eucharist are the central and most important times of worship. But there are so many other opportunities to give thanks, and praise to God: Easter Vigil and Christmas Eve, Blessing of the Animals, and Blessing of the Dirt, commemorating the Saints, and walking the Stations of the Cross. The worship committee is involved in the planning of most of our services. We meet with the rector monthly to discuss ways to enhance worship while preserving those traditions that are meaningful to the parish. We coordinate the various ministries and guilds that serve worship, e.g., Altar Guild, Choir, Sunday School and Youth. Meetings are open all. Call the church office or check The Call for the date and time of the next meeting.
