The St. Andrew Knitters knit shawls for a prayer shawl ministry. These shawls, made with prayer, wrap, enfold, comfort and give solace to those to whom they are given. The knitting group also makes hats for veterans and homeless people as needed. They meet twice a month at noon on first and third Mondays to work on shawls or projects of their own with the expert advice of several experienced knitters. Knitters of all skill levels are welcome, bring a brown bag lunch.being of this church.
