How We Worship

When we worship, we gather with others before God. While we understand God to be in all places at all times and that we are able to worship God outside of the church, it is the gathering together that feeds us as individuals who live in community. So, we gather weekly to thank, praise and dwell with God. We listen to the Good News proclaimed in the name of Jesus, we give thanks as a practice of gratitude for all God has done for us and we confess that we often forget and miss the mark.

We know the world is a broken place in need of the healing balm of love brought to us in the incarnation of Christ. We gather at worship to break bread together, opening ourselves to be fed at a table that includes All who wish to be a part of Christ's body and fed by Him. Then we are sent out by the power of the Holy Spirit to heal the world. To make known that we have been made on body; loved, blessed, fed and sent.
