Lent Madness starts on with a saintly fun competition each day. Take a look at the website and read about some saints.  As you can see, we are familiar with some of them - Thomas Cranmer, Clare of Assisi, and Brigid of Kildare -  and not so familiar with others - Rita, Zita, and Hyacinth. So much to learn…

Centering Prayer

Tuesday at 2:00

Please find your own quiet spot for prayer this week (Feb 6 & next week Feb 13).

We will be together in spirit.

Tuesday Rector’s Bible Study

Our rector is out of town so Bible study is canceled this week. Join us next week in the church library for a discussion of the Sunday readings.

Wednesday Morning Prayer - at 11 am

This week we celebrate the life of Bakhita (Josephine Margaret Bakhita), Monastic, 1947

St. Josephine Bakhita was canonized in 2000 in St. Peter’s Square. At the mass, Pope John Paul II said that in St. Josephine Bakhita, “We find a shining advocate of genuine emancipation. The history of her life inspires not passive acceptance but the firm resolve to work effectively to free girls and women from oppression and violence, and to return them to their dignity in the full exercise of their rights.”

2nd Annual St. Andrew’s Bowling Tournament

Grab your friends and put on a spare shirt because this is right up your alley! Sunday, February 18 at 3:00 at Laurel Lanes, Port Angeles. Spectators welcome, come be a cheerleader! ADA accessible.
