A Celebration of New and Mutual Ministry

Wednesday at 6 pm
Please join Bishop Greg Rickel and the Congregations of St. Andrew's and St. Swithin's as we welcome the Rev. Laura Murray as our rector. Together we will ask God to lead us as we seek and serve Christ spreading his love in our community and the world.

Stewardship In-gathering & Open House

What could be a more fitting time to formally welcome Laura + and Mike to the family of St. Andrew's and St. Swithin's than in the midst of this season of stewardship and gratitude?  This  is a time for us to reflect on the gifts and ministries of our common life together and to respond in love, thanksgiving and commitment. As we recognize that all good things that happen in our lives are gifts from God, we are reminded of how much God loves us and wants us to be signs of God’s love in the world.

Please write your "gratitudes" on the autumn leaves found in the narthex, and add them to the tree on the wall. If you haven't already turned in your pledge card for 2023, bring it on Sunday, Dec 4. We'll gather them in and bless them, asking God's guidance for the coming year.

Next week, Sunday, Dec 11 from 12 -3, Laura+ and Mike will host an Open House at their home, the rectory (formerly the Harper House)  1814 E Lauridsen Road. Stop in and admire the generous blessing of this home and enjoy some fellowship and tasty treats.
