ferocious Goliath was bully
struck down with sling and stone
by David stripling who had grown
bully nations are sure to flounder
clutched hand with filthy lucre
are meant to end
distant racial walls removed
to make the closest friend
the birthing dawn
scales the heavens
a kaleidoscope
of people do emerge
and hand in hand joined together
destroy the dreadful scourge
Every life matters. Black lives do matter, so do their Hispanic brothers and sisters as well as our native American friends and their Caucasian counterparts. We are one brother/sisterhood. The Bible tells us we came from one father and one mother and that we were sculpted by the hands of our Creator to resemble Him---kind, compassionate, unifier, humble, fair-handed with equitable justice, creatively/spiritually powerful---a reconciler.
